Finding The Best Payroll Services In Sussex, UK

payroll services in sussexFinding the best Payroll Services in Sussex can be a bit tricky, and first, you need to know exactly what you want.

Do you simply want the cheapest, simplest option?

Or do you want a more comprehensive service, including calculating benefits in kind for your employees, tax on company cars, and other more complicated services?

Either way, you need to make a choice.

Affordability

Or

Quality.

Chances are, you are not going to get both of these, unless you get lucky and find the right company to provide a fully comprehensive payroll service at a competitive price.

Our advice would be to download this eBook (it’s an eBook containing tax tips for you and your employees, and will show you certain ways to reduce the tax you pay through PAYE), and then choose a company to undertake your payroll.

You’ll then be in a much better position to know if they are doing everything they can to reduce the amount of tax you pay through PAYE, or whether they are just doing the basic payroll service.

Outsourcing your Payroll can be one of the best things you do with your business; it will give you more time, energy, and peace of mind, knowing that the work is being taken care of.

But, whatever you do, ensure that you research the company you are considering hiring thoroughly. Make sure that you speak to at least 3 of their clients, and ask them about their experiences; where the company quick to respond? Did they do the work in the time frame they promised? Were there any other charges for correspondence?

If you do need a comprehensive Payroll Service in Sussex, then have a look at this page to learn more about what Keepers can offer you.

Sounds good advice - but I'm not sure if it is practcal to speak to three clients - someties firms will be reluctant to give client details for confidentiality reasons.

Hi Teddy,

Thanks for your comment - We take on board the issue you raised with client confidentiality; this I suppose boils down to the relationship you have with your clients, but couldn't the firm simply ask their clients if any would be happy to speak to a prospective client?

I know that a lot of people ask us for clients they can speak to, and we have no problem with that; providing the client is happy to.

Thanks
Ben
